ROTZ reaches another milestone… ROTZ Real Estate this year has served the community for 60 years, outlasting many other locally owned real estate companies.

On December 10th, at 10am, at 105 Leader Heights Road, in York, come join ROTZ Real Estate, at the Ribbon Cutting provided by the York Chamber to help recognized the 60 years of excellent service to the community. Steve V. Rotz, President and Broker/Owner, represents the third generation of his family in ROTZ.

ROTZ continues to support many local organizations including: Habitat for Humanity, Easter Seals South Central PA., YMCA, Boy Scouts, Elementary School Officer Phil Program, SPCA, York Sports Night, Voice for Hope and York County Men’s Soccer League, to name a few. ROTZ continues to be aware of the public’s community needs for technology by even creating a seasonal on line coloring contest with prizes by age category to reach even the children.

The ROTZ business philosophy greatly differs from many others in the market place. While real estate companies commonly charge a percentage-based commission and tack on multiple fees for various services, Rotz employs a different system.
“The focus is to give the client some control over the process and the cost.” Rotz said, “Even though fees were to be negotiable, real estate companies typically offered sellers a fairly narrow range of percentage-based commissions, and not a whole lot of choices. They were selling a basic service for a basic fee.” ROTZ offers several choices that provide alternative fee structures geared towards providing the full “RED CARPET SERVICE for less. Upon entering the ROTZ office, people cross a red carpet. The carpet is a symbol of the company’s commitment to deliver the highest level of professional service.

With the shift in economy, ROTZ is on the cutting edge of change with their innovative ideas which supports everyone in a WIN –WIN scenario.
